I just started eating smaller portions. What I would normally eat, I would usually cut down half. When I craved anything sweet or just food in general, I would go for fruits and veggies instead. Or when I’m eating, I try to drink 2 cups of green tea so I would get more full. I try not to eat anything past 8pm. Oh, and excersize! I wasn’t large or anything to begin with but I wanted thinner thighs/legs so I really worked them out and it’s working! :D
